Ingredients: 3 cups of flour 1 1/2 cups shortening 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 egg 1 tablespoon vinegar 5 tablespoons cold water 1 fork 1 refrigerator 16 inches of cellophane
Mix: 3 cups flour 1 1/2 cups shortening 1 1/2 teaspoons salt Mix salt and flour - cut in shortening
Next mix together: 1 egg slightly beaten 1 tablespoon vinegar 5 tablespoons cold water
Stir both together with a fork, form a ball, wrap in cellophane and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour -Makes crusts for two 9 inch pans
