 Morey Family

(prepared by Annie Jarrell)

Clint and Darcy, Caterin, Camden Morey

Cornelius, OR 97113

The Moreys live in a new neighborhood behind the Cornelius Fred Meyers. Clint and Darcy both work for Washington County Sheriffs' department. Clint is a Deputy Sheriff.

Besides swimming, one of his hobbies, which is also connected with his work, is dog training. His own pet is a Curmete named Malinois. Malinois is a wonderful, gentle dog, who is trained to do police work. Clint hopes to be training and using dogs in his work soon.

Darcy works in the Sheriffs' office finger-printing and processing applications for concealed weapons applicants.

Caterin is in the second grade, and is taking martial arts along with her regular studies. She attends Forest Hills School and really misses her first grade teacher, Elaine Spidal

Camden goes to pre-school and is "into" sports. He also has learned to print his name very well.

The Moreys are fortunate to have Darcy's parents, Albert and Maria Stjernberg, living a few blocks away. They help transport the children and care for them when needed.

Why did the Moreys choose Mt. Olive Lutheran Church? They looked for a Lutheran Church in Forest Grove and saw Mt. Olive listed. They met Pastor Bohlken and loved him. Coincidentally, they had had a child baptized at a church called Mt. Olive in Arizona earlier.
